Return Process
Please contact us on our website, specifying the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
After receiving the return instructions from us, please use the original packaging to pack the item(s) to be returned.
Hand in your package at the local post office.
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We only accept returns that are shipped and sold by saguaro.com.
We will not accept any returns sent back without a proper return application.
We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The return is at your own expense.

Not useful at all. The insoles that come with a pair of barefoot shoes - the trainer type - weigh 23 grams each and have something of an arch. Each of these weighs 13 grams and is very nearly flat. Expensive and useless, and nothing like those in the shoes. Customer service was helpful though in refunding me. I had to buy some other insoles on Amazon.

The shoes them selves are great. Have had mine for about 6 months or so. But the insole is already worn out behind my toes. And trying to find a good replacement insole seems to be my only issue for finding what fits properly. These are my everyday and gym shoes. And this wont let me add pictures.

Replaced the insole as the original has not lasted as long as the shoe. My barefoots get a lot of use in my work as an Aerobics teacher, so hoping that the new insoles will be up for the job. So far so good 6 weeks on. The original insoles only lasted five months, So we'll wait-and-see.

I have 3 pairs of their shoes; the green insoles that came in them were a little rough when wearing barefoot, I wear a pair the the gym and by the end of the session they would have a bunch of dead skin in them. This are much softer and better for longer wearing; hopefully they will come standard in new shoes.

Best insoles ever, bar none. I've tried Xero, Whitin, Lems, Splay, all sorts of different insoles (due to all sorts of different shoes!). These are a perfect balance: soft and squishy, yet firm and thin enough to allow proprioception. These are even better than those $25 ones (!!!) that you have to trim yourself, and risk a big amount of money if you don't get them right. For under $10 per pair of insoles, it feels like I stumbled upon a hidden gem. Insane

These are the only insoles wide enough for barefoot shoes that I’ve found. The color is called “yellow” but they’re actually a very nice tan. Thank you for making these, my feet need just a little bit more cushion than most barefoot shoes provide.

I like the product a lot. I have two pairs of these shoes and they've exceeded expectations. This last transaction did not go well and I'm pretty disappointed. I was charged a shipping fee after the website showed that shipping was free. I sent an email right away about it, but the rep only stated that it didn't meet the minimum order. I have no information to go on outside of what is listed on your site, and if there was a minimum based on shopping in a different currency, that was not mentioned. If the agent had offered to cancel the order I would have added another item to meet the minimum gladly. This interaction was not ideal and it's left me pretty annoyed at the quick "nothing I can do" responses instead of offering alternatives. Transaction is done and delivered now, but compared to the response and service with my initial two purchases, this felt more like someone who didn't care either way, providing apathetic prescribed answers.

My Saguaro shoes and these new insoles are excellent and by themselves would be 5 star. However the 3 weeks for delivery just does not work for me especially when considering that I could have received a new pair of shoes or insoles from some of your competitors in less than a week and in some cases the next day, given this it is unlikely I will buy anything else from your company. In case the question is asked the answer is yes I was aware that the published shipping time was 7 to 15 days, to that I will say that I expected and hoped that shipping would be closer to the 7 day end of the even when considering that the insoles came from a warehouse facility in China, suggest perhaps setting up a North American warehouse to minimize delays caused by shipping and customs.
